Judging pictures that have been altered and edited is a hard thing to do. We looked at all the entries carefully and came to appreciate the talent and effort that goes into such clever images. (My comments appear below each image.) -- Al Fasoldt

Louvre Museum Fantasy Composite Second Place, Stylized Category; Thomas Pastorello, Camillus, N.Y. 792x288x24
Study this picture. It's not what you think it is. Or maybe it IS what you think it is. We were charmed and delighted.

A theme of golf ("tee") and afternoon relaxation ("tea")? Perhaps. We were intrigued.

We kept coming back to this photo. The parchment-like effect is enthralling and very clever.

The Complexity of Brian Totman First Place, Body of Work, Stylized Category; Joe Dube, Marcellus, N.Y. The other works honored are "Sidewalk" and "Action 2." 1600x1200x24
Perhaps the most mature work among all entries. It is also the most disturbing, but we suspect that is exactly what the artist had in mind. This is absolutely stunning.
